Do you need access to our corporate Wi-Fi network?
No, never. Our systems operate autonomously on their own secure cellular network. We do not touch your IT infrastructure at all, ensuring complete digital security for your business.
What happens in winter or during a major hardware failure?
Our service area covers the Capitale-Nationale and Lévis. In the event of hardware failure preventing cleaning, we guarantee less than one business day of downtime by physically deploying a replacement unit.
Can the system handle industrial debris and large surfaces?
Yes. Our industrial systems are configured for warehouses and high-traffic retail surfaces. The Workstation handles automatic solid waste emptying and auto-charging. We adapt the configuration to your debris type during the free demo.
How many passes are included in my monthly plan?
As many as you'd like. Since our billing is a single unique fixed monthly rate, you can automate cleaning every day of the week without paying a cent more.
